Because of this uniqueness in suburb design so close to the city, prices have risen consistently over the last two years to be the leading growth suburb in our service area.

The below graphs from our data provide a snapshot of the last two years. Sales have been steady ranging in the 4 to 5 per month, with on average 25 properties being on the market at any one time.

Days on the market is good considering the median sale price for the area which has significantly – around $100,000 – over the last two years.

An increase of $100,000 in median growth is remarkable compared to Albany Creek and very popular suburb of Eatons Hill – both of which have been on a relatively flat trajectory over the same period.
