Bray Park Real Estate Snapshot
As part of our commitment to delivering the best possible outcome for our clients, unlike many other agents we keep our finger on the property pulse through our own real estate sales tracking and trend reporting.
Bray Park is really unique.
There are three different styles of home typically found:
The early 70s homes were highest chamfer board homes with either brick or fibro bases. These properties still do well in today’s market – some might need a little repair, but others have been looked after well and represent good value. They are ideal for first home buyers and make excellent rental properties.
Highset brick veneer homes were also big in the early 70s – a real classic! Very well built, many with ibeams underneath as support, and with native timber floors – coming from the building industry – I have a soft spot for these homes. This style of home is an excellent candidate for a renovation project! Modernise the kitchen and bathrooms, add a huge back deck with French doors and you have a spectacular home.
The next era was the early 1990s, these homes tended to be lowset brick veneer and saw the introduction of ensuites and double lock up garages. Another great choice for first home buyers and investors.
Finally, the latest era was more modern homes established in the early 2000s with air-conditioning and ultra-modern kitchens and bathrooms.
